Color: ruby red with shades of purple
Nose: floral and fruity, distinguished by notes of rose and violet that combine with sensations of black cherry jam
Palate: lively and pleasant, unveiling good structure and delicate tannins. Persistent flavor
Recommended pairing: cold cuts and cheese, ideal with some typical Tuscan fish dishes such as cod and cacciucco alla livornese
