Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Nose: a combination of fruity and spicy notes, with remarkable sensations that recall blackberry and blueberry, vanilla and cocoa
Palate: exceptional structure and elegance. Dense tannic texture and delicate tannins. Incredibly persistent flavor
Recommended pairing: roasts, grilled red meats, aged and blue cheese
First year of production: 2007
