Color: bright ruby red
Nose: floral and fruity. Distinct notes of violet and raspberry, black cherry and plum
Palate: good consistency, fresh and delicate at the same. Excellently persistent aromas
Recommended pairing: dry pastries, an ideal pair to pure, dark chocolate and all its variations
