Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrique
Aging: in new, second passage barriques for about 12 months
Bottle aging: at least 12 months prior market launch
Sensory notes
Color: intense and bright ruby red
Nose: a combination of fruity and spicy notes. Sensations of cherry and black cherry, cocoa and tobacco
Palate: great structure with ripe and silky tannins. Remarkably persistent flavor
Recommended pairing: wild game and red meat
