Vinification: brief contact between skins and must during pre-fermentation. After the skins are separated from the must, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for 4 months
Bottle aging: 2 months prior market launch

Color: soft, bright pink
Nose: intense, characterized by floral and fruity notes of cherry and pomegranate
Palate: fresh, savory, and lively, with a remarkably persistent flavor
Recommended pairing: ideal for aperitifs, starters and tasty first courses. It goes well with shellfish and cold cuts, as well as with different types of pizza
