Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation also takes place
Aging: in third and fourth passage barriques for 12 months
Bottle aging: at least 3 months prior market launch


Sensory notes

Color: intense ruby red
Nose: pleasantly fruity with notes of red fruits and slight spicy hints
Palate: good structure, lively and harmonious with delicate tannins. Pleasantly persistent flavor
Recommended pairing: assorted cold cuts, pasta dishes, white and red meat
