Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrique
Aging: in new, second passage barriques for about 18 months
Bottle aging: at least 12 months prior market launch

Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Nose: characterized by notes of black currant, blackberry and cherry mixed with intriguing spicy sensations of vanilla, cocoa, and tobacco
Palate: outstanding structure, harmonious and elegant. Delicate and silky tannins. Remarkably persistent flavor
Recommended pairing: Fiorentina steak, wild game stew and aged cheese
