The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique, where the wine ages for 15 months. The ageing in bottle is of 12 months.
Colour: deep and intense ruby red.
Fragrance: well balanced fusion of variety and tertiary notes originating from the refining process in barrique. Elegant and complex, characterized by small forest berries and spicy notes.
Taste: great tannins with elegant tannins. Very long lasting final.
